Sincerely, I can't believe I've just done this. When Sarah said "that's five minutes" I thought hmmm well I've done eight so I'm sure I can get to ten. And then the bells sounded and I thought "I can get to 15" but then, not long after, she said "That's great: you can slow down to a walk and I thought "OMG I've just run for 20 minutes". And now it's absolutely tipping down, so the 0800 run was a good choice. Now for a nice bath and pamper...

Watch out for Week 6 - some find the return to run-walk catches them out. Trust in the programme and that you can do this and you will be fine! 👍🙂
Yes: I've got this far by trusting the programme and not looking too far ahead. It works for me, largely because I would not have thought it possible. When I look back to Week One and thinking running continuously for one minute was a big ask, I really can see how much progress I've made.

Wow, congrats on your achievement! Yesterday I also ran for Week 5 Run 3 and it was hard. I cannot believe when Laura said for the first time I ran for 20 minutes without walking and suddenly remember the first time I did C25K, at that time I can only jog for 1 minute. Damn, the progress is real if you keep showing up for this program.
