What a victory to achieve that .. Did you think six weeks ago that would be achievable ?. I have that run tomorrow and know I need to hydrate for it and get some music downloaded that I actually like , unlike my last download choice 😄 You did brilliantly , next stop week 7 !

That’s true. I was going out of breath when I was doing 3 minutes run 😂. Now it feels strange to be running longer and really amazing on the other hand to be able to run for 25 minutes. Good luck for your run tomorrow.

Well done. How did you feel after W5R3 (20 min) ?

Running for 20 minutes was okay. It felt like the whole body started groaning but slowly settled into it and I was running real slow and managed that. Yes that felt like quite an achievement. This is my second time doing the couch 2 5k. Still it feels like doing it for the first time and each milestone is something to celebrate. Also use it to motivate myself to get out of bed in the morning and run 🏃‍♀️. 😊. Thankful for the supportive husband who takes care of my 15 month old while I go for the run.
