Not too bad at all. Started very slowly on the first-of-three 5-minute segmentsl, plodded through the second, eased into the third and gave it everything the final minute. Not unhappy.

Good for you! I did that exact run on the morning of 29 July last year. It was one I really enjoyed. It was a cool morning with a slight breeze.

I was anxious throughout about W5R3's 20-minute non-stop that follows this one, which gave me a distraction that helped me complete W5R2 successfully. I tried to run hard the last minute but had nothing in the tank after a long nightshift of bouncing around in a mine heavy hauler. I've decided to do a 3-day fast too, as well as increase the frequency of my C25K runs to every 36 hours rather than every 48. This one was just that, 1½ days since W4R3.
