Yeah managed to finish it . I wasnt sure I could, my knees were starting to buckle and I thought cant run anymore then laura said now walk 5mins cool down phew so proud I'd done it.

Week 3 here I come

Well done! Like people have said, be prepared to slow down if you are struggling as you go into week 3. You can do this!
