Yeah managed to finish it . I wasnt sure I could, my knees were starting to buckle and I thought cant run anymore then laura said now walk 5mins cool down phew so proud I'd done it.

Well done to you. Run as slow as you need to make it comfortable for yourself. Good luck with week three. The weeks seem to pass so quickly .
