Hi folks, finally back to c25k, nearly.
Back useing the app, but only walking and a few shuffling faster steps( wouldn't call it running) but pushing to discomfort limit without causing damage to Stu the Stump.🚶♂️🏃♂️😊

Just keep it slow and steady ( my infamous mantra), and listen to your body .. which most certainly will tell you what is what !
