I started my C25K journey 19 months ago, weighing 15st, after my second heart attack.
Since then, I have:
Completed C25K.
Run 182 times.
Covered over 720 miles.
Sunday will be my first half marathon.
I still weigh about 15st, but I feel a lot healthier
C25K has changed my life in a lot of ways. I believe I can achieve things, having stuck with something for so long. I hope to be back next year with a full marathon run under my belt...
Keep going. Ignore the pace/time taken. Use this forum to share ups and downs...we've all been there!

OK, full disclosure... I ended up completing the half marathon in a time of 2 hrs 40... which was a little slower than I hoped, and I did have to walk a couple of times in the last few miles.
I have another half planned on the 5th Sept... going to try and run the whole thing!
