After having a pause due to the heat, I'm on it again. Up early this morning and have just run for 20 mins non stop. How did I do that? Slowed down, found my rhythm and all going well until Jo said two minutes to go and my body wanted to stop immediately. Pushed on through and 20 minutes done. Really chuffed (still done know how its possible in just 5 weeks - magic plan!).

Well done.Stay nice and slow for W6R1..........it catches out more people than any other run in the programme.
