Today is my rest day from the gym(I go Monday, Tuesday, thurs and friday 5.30am) so it took an enormous effort to get up but made it at 6.30. W2R2 after the 5th run knees buckling but listened to Laura and made it through, back home and took the dog for a very short walk much to her displeasure. My first week I did wrong ran on consecutive days to coincide with my gym but thanks to the advice now know better, roll on Friday

Wow you are really working towards your goal with that type of commitment . Laura is a blessing , she perks me up. Good luck for Friday.
