Week 2 Run 3 reduce the Pace!

So just done Week 2 Run 3 and I found it was so much easier slowing the pace,

Week 1 from run 1-3 my pace was much to quick as I was managing to hold a conversation with a friend but by the end I stopped talking and was trying to breath in through my nose and out through my mouth to get my breath back

I'd read an article on here about running slower and finding your happy pace So week 2 run 3 I took my pace down and managed to hold a conversation throughout I also noticed I didn't ache as much, I went on to actually walk a few more km and run another 60 secs to get to 5K which I was so chuffed about
