After my awful run on Wednesday , I was a little worried about today's run. I scouted out a different route from my previous runs for today's , so I had no negative thoughts.......... So set off early this morning, a bit cooler and a slight wind and I felt good from the first step. I completed both 5 minute runs with a little left in the tank, don't get me wrong I was very happy to walk!.. After completing the run , I had a bounce in my step ,not feeling sick like Wednesday. Here I come week 5!

Have a great day .

Excellent :) Those positive thoughts (and perhaps a few degrees cooler) have done the trick nicely! It's great when you have runs where everything just seems to feel natural. Enjoy W5, you're nearly half way through!

We all get those runs, in fact I had one this morning 😏. I know I can run a comfortable 5k but today every step was a real slog. Just chalk it up to experience and move on like you did. Your positive attitude sounds great and I’m glad today’s run went well 😊

It’s so good isn’t it when a run has been sub optimal and one gets a decent one in. What a feeling :)!
