I’ve chosen a new, very scenic - and flat route to mark the occasion. Managed 4.2 km in 30 mins last time out so 5km won’t happen on this occasion, but it will soon I hope!
I’m 65 years old and weigh 200 pounds so losing some weight would certainly help!

Congratulations on almost completing C25K, well done, good luck for your graduation run 🏃🏾 😊, try running it as early in the morning as possible to avoid the heat of later in the day.
That is amazing!!! I have one run too now after this morning…it’s unbelievable we’re at this stage isn’t it? I’ve not checked distance so far as just want to focus on the time for now but would say 4.2 is very good indeed! Well done 👏🏻
Thanks and well done you in getting to the last run. Enjoy the run and give yourself a big pat on the back once complete!
