As the great philosopher Sidney Vicious once said "and so the end is near"
As my route is very similar to week 8 I thought I would experiment. I walked 25 mins to the end of my walk added an estimated 5 mins on and used this as my start point.
This has positives and negative. One negative is you end running along a road where you are normally reasonably fresh, this made me tired but I think it was in my head, but on the positives 22 mins in you positively crash through all the nettles along the main road with little care because you are tired and what's a few stings anyway.
One down two to go. Now I need an hour of sleep 😁
