Well I'm here again, I waited to make this post until I'd completed week 5 and wow it felt good 20 minutes under my belt 🎉. I have graduated before a few years back but once the program had finished I lost all motivation. How do I stop that happening again??
Back again hopefully for.: Well I'm here again... - Couch to 5K
Back again hopefully for.
One way to not lose motivation is to keep things from getting boring.
Doing different types of runs. Changes of route. Little challenges. Things like that.
Take a look at this in the FAQ posts for a few pointers ⬇️.

Happy Running !
The same happened to me, I am now graduated for the 2nd time and wondering what to do about it. I don't think I could start a 10k plan yet
cheryl_couch_tatty It's a good idea for those who have newly graduated or re-graduated to consolidate and run for 30 minutes 3 times a week.
This link to the pinned post in the FAQs, explains consolidation and has some tips for your post C25K journey and includes using the consolidation strength and flex 12 week training plan, C25K+ podcasts to help you with speed, stamina and technique.

Enjoy your running 😊
Welcome back to the forum jessieb887 if you haven't already, this post is essential for anyone starting C25K or returning after a break which includes hydration and stretching after each run which will all help.
Enjoy your journey 😀
Hi, congratulations on getting out and doing it again! I'd say, as well as the advice given, you can think about joining a parkrun once you've graduated (and they restart!). Knowing I'm doing a 5k on Saturday is all the incentive I need to run in the week.Or look locally for a running club or group that go out regularly for a sociable, non-race sort of run. A club or a running coach might put on a regular run for improvers, maybe free, or a few pounds a run, or you pay for an improvers course, depending who is running it. All these are available where I live, if you ferret about online you might find similar.
I've also gone out running with a friend who was a few weeks behind me on the c25k, it was company for us both and it got me out of the door.
