Well done! You can do it. I started again in October and graduated (again) on Christmas Eve. I can’t explain the feeling of satisfaction. Since then I’ve maintained 3 runs a week and my new year’s resolution is to train for and run a 10k.
You CAN do it. Well done! 😄
Me too! My first run in about 3 months will be on tuesday when the kids go back to school. I really miss running regularly.
