Does anyone else have issues with, in my case, Sarah Milligan’s voice crackling and cutting out when it’s overplaying my music?
I have an iPhone X and blue tooth to my ear pieces.
If you’ve solved this issue, how did you do it. I couldn’t understand any of the final couple of time prompts and I wasn’t sure whether I was supposed to be running and for how long, walking or warming down. Thanks.

One way that might work is to force it to re-download the voice files by changing your trainer to someone else, quitting the app completely (swipe away in the "double press" app switcher), then changing back to Sarah.
Haven’t had a problem myself but some do say if you’re running 3 apps (music, C25k and run mapping for instance) this can happen. I use Spotify and C25K then track on my Fitbit which seems to work fine….
It's because you are using bluetooth headphones. There is a known bug with the iPhone version of the app which causes this issue over bluetooth - works fine with wired headphones.
Leave an app review complaining about the issue - the developers don't seem interested in fixing it but if enough people complain maybe they will be forced to.
