I was a bit apprehensive about this run despite having done it on my first attempt pre injury…but it was good! As I was running I was thinking of all the posts on here..can you speak whilst running, keep it slow…Pace yourself…I think literally those posts and comments helped immensely and I did it! When Sarah said you are half way through (the 5 minutes) it was a surprise and each one was manageable! My breathing was good and I was so thrilled to do it!!! 2 x 8 minutes next time 😱…but with the tips from here and the knowledge I did it once before…fingers crossed 🤞🏻
This forum really does an incredible job of encouragement and confirmation and just being there!!! I suspect lots of people would not have achieved so much without if. Thank you!

Thank you so much! I was devastated when I broke my foot and was so depressed thinking I wouldn’t be able to run. It is the most amazing thrill to be able to do so and I am so grateful to all the amazing people on here, so inspirational…some have really life threatening situations yet they are still so positive!! It’s just amazing! 🥰
Thank you! It really is wonderful to be able to do it…when I was laid up I seriously worried I wouldn’t be able to do this ever again so it is so amazing ..people like you have been so inspiring! Thank you ☺️ 🥰
