I am so thrilled to have done this…today was hard with heavy muggy heat..was hoping for rain but it didn’t happen!! But would not give in!! This is my second attempt at C25K due to broken foot at Week7 so it is such an amazing feeling to be doing it again.

Well done for sticking with it and completing week 4. You’ll be caught up again in no time and hopefully a less eventful journey to graduation awaits this time! 😁👏👍

Well done - very happy for you. Especially after injury. I shall take heart as I'm on week 4 and struggling with motivation and finding it hard to complete 5 mins of running! Good luck to you.

You can do it, you really can!! When I started (both times) even running for 60 seconds was huge…I couldn’t run to the end of the road prior to starting this!! I must say it’s a lot harder with the temperature being warmer, even on a cloudy day. When I started in January it was cold and raining all the time but at least I stayed cool! It is definitely harder when it’s warmer, even early morning seems warm in comparison. Keep reading all the messages on this forum, they are so inspiring and so many people have proved that it IS possible!! Good luck…keep going 👍🏼

Thanks so much for your encouragement. Yes I'm struggling with the warm weather too. I've never run in the winter so that'll be interesting. Thanks again
