OMG well done! I did the first week 4 run this morning and honestly found it soooo hard!

Thank you. Keep going Englishmum you sound as though you are doing fab too! I'm always apprehensive on the first run of the 'week' although take that run a little slower and am trusting the program. Once I've completed the Run 1 of the week it spurs me on to the next 2! Good Luck!

Well done, me too!! I just did the 3rd run yesterday! It was quite a big step up from week 3 and I never thought I'd manage, so am very pleased, as you should be too :D

Congratulations hollykb113 ! I'm telling myself the first couple of runs of week 5 are no different in length to what we have just completed in week 4, but are about running at different times. We can do it!! :D :D

Yes I feel quite confident for runs 1 and 2, its the full 20 mins that makes me a bit apprehensive. But all I can do is try!!

Totally relate to that. Hopefully by then we'll be ready as we'll have run at least 15 mins in total on several of the prior runs so its only a little further. I'm told by many, taking it slow is the answer. Eikk! Best of Luck!

Well I was delayed until this morning, but Wk5 Run 1 complete!! And it was my first early morning run too so pretty pleased :D I actually found the first 5 minutes the hardest, but once that was done it was fine! Good luck for yours!

Excellent news hollykb113 . Thank you, I also completed W5 R1 this morning and whilst I finished red as a beetroot and very puffy I managed to complete it. Spurs me on for the next 8 minute Run 2!
