Not been on here for a while. Made it to week 9 in 2019 then got ill (not related) so here I am again and just into week 2. For all those who don't think you'll get there you will and you do feel so much better and fitter. Here's to getting to the end and hopefully beyond this time. Good luck all you fellow c25kers!

Good luck PJRunner 👌🥰I don't run because of my weak ankles, but love biking, especially my exercise bike I can use in any weather really 👌😁
Glad you running again! Well done!🥰

Hi I’m a 3rd timer! - first in 2018, then 2020 and then injured my knee 🙄 I’m in week 2 currently. I think psychologically it’s easier as you know you’ve done it before - just need trust the plan. Good luck

Welcome back to the forum.
This guide to the plan is essential reading healthunlocked.com/couchto5...

Enjoy your journey.

Best of luck - I’ve just finished w9 second time around with a gap of about a year in between. I found it easier the second time and enjoyed it more. To prove how much more I was out in the rain this morning 😁
