I started my journey to C25K 10 weeks ago, I set myself a challenge when I went back to the gym. Never thought that I would be able to run for a full 30 minutes. I struggled a couple of times and nearly gave up the run but fought through the tiredness and exhaustion especially week 9, but knew that I could do it.
I was so proud of myself that I did it and will definitely run once a week to keep up all the hard work I have put my body through.
Never give up you know you can do it, your body and mind is stronger than you know it.
I completed week 9 run 3 yesterday
