Beautiful day for a run!

Just finished my 3rd run of week 1, it’s hard, it’s not nice on the left leg, but it’s done! Onward and upwards as ever . Looking forward to the finish line but realising i will be a subscriber to the Jeff Galloway method once I finish c25k. It’s all good 😊

Well done on completing week one, slow and steady wins the race you did it before and know it works.

I did have a pain in my left leg, though, I never noticed until I was running for 30 minutes. I got some newer shoes and it was alright for a while when I invested in proper running shoes when I had my gait analysis, which my left foot was the one to be corrected. I was conscious not land too heavy on my feet and to avoid heel strike.

Good luck with the rest of the plan and enjoy your running.

I’mNot sure if it’s all the hills I run on around my house? It doesn’t seem to bother me on a treadmill? I also do a LOT of walking and I fear it may be my dominant leg and I’m pushing it

Too hard? Any excuse for me to get another pair of trainers though! I run on acsis gel kayano atm but they’re just so damn expensive! Best get the credit card out again 🙄

It is harder going up hills you could run a bit slower up them and see if that helps.
