After my injury I never thought I’d be posting about completing weeks again!
I also never thought I would see the day I get out of bed early to exercise before going to work!!
Today I did both!!! It’s so warm I got up to run while it was still cool and it was brilliant! Peaceful, birds singing and I finally got my breathing sorted as last run had struggled a bit on the 2nd 3 minute stretch. Today finished it and loved it!
Can’t wait for Week 4! And think I will carry on with the early morning …my family are in shock!!! Have a great day everyone ☺️

It’s such a great way to start the day! I live running early was out just after 6 it was cooler and quiet just how I like it. I’ve become quite nerdy about running and when I’ve run I can’t wait for my days rest to be over to go again, I really don’t recognise myself this plan has changed me for the better 🏃♀️
I can totally get that after this mornings experience. Definitely going to be doing again. Totally agree about this plan..it really does amazing things 👍🏼
That’s great! It’s amazing how achieving these challenges and making progress towards our running goals can change us! So glad you’re enjoying it too 😁. I also run early morning to avoid the heat and even then it’s warm so early I’m always flagging towards the end.Good luck with week 4. Sure you’ll smash it too! 👍😁
Thank you! Im not an early person except when at work a few times a week but all my earlier attempts were done in rain and sleet so this heat is something totally new when running!! I’ve tweaked my schedule a bit so can do early if I need to and have to say it was really good! Don’t think I’d manage in the winter though if it was dark!
