Week 5 Run 2

Sunday 30th May 2021

What a glorious day though did not help with my running, in fact the opposite.

Despite this I decided to run as slow as I could go and hopefully it could still be called running.

I still struggled in the heat and fear I may have been a little bouncy but I did manage to keep going though some may call for a stewards enquiry on what constitutes running 😁.

I think if I had run quicker I may not have completed the run. I am sure I am not the only one to try a different strategy depending upon the different weather conditions.

Who said slow 🧐, that reduced pace to allow for the heat, cracking decision 👍 well done ? (Remember that water bottle on those sunny runs 😴)
