I'm so amazed that I made it to the last week. I'm so grateful that I did in spite of pain, tiredness and insomnia. And I'm so excited to what comes next. I want to finish it by the end of the month so I cannot slack this week hehe. I'll finish Monday 😁🥰😁🥰

I’ve just started week 4 and was really excited because didn’t think I would be able to do even 3 mins in wk 3 and I did it so thought it’s just doubts I can do 5 mins.
I did the 3 min runs instead of 5 mins my legs were so heavy.
Feel a bit annoyed that I didn’t achieve my run today. Does anyone repeat runs because if I’m struggling with 5 mins I don’t know how il make it to even week 7

Hiya. I have posted that I repeated week 3 because I didn’t believe I could make what seemed a huge jump to wk 4. However, I think it was in my head rather than my body because I am now on week 9 and thinking I could have just trusted the programme. Believe you can do it!
