What an achievement, having never run before, I am amazed that I have finished week 1! I have to say that each minute running feels like an eternity, but I have gritted my teeth and got on with it. Already friends have said to me "have you lost weight?" so its worth it just to hear those words!!

Im sure they will Karamell - mind you I am doing the Slimming World diet at the same time as running - but it will make a difference surely

Well done on completing week one. You will notice differences in all sorts of ways as you progress through the program. Good luck with week 2 and very best wishes.
