Never thought I’d make it but I have. Despite taking longer to achieve this due to seized up ankles. I can’t wait to go forward, get quicker, get to 5k!! Not to far off but still in the distance.
I’m hoping to do a park run or two when I come to UK in a couple of weeks. I guess I just look for Park Run and join in.
I’m so glad of looking at everyone’s encouragement and advice as although they weren’t directed at me it gave me hope when everyone is going through the same struggles. I will keep reading and getting info from you all. And hope one day to get to 10k!!!

Well done and congratulations enjoy that podium view
Before you run off into the distance at the speed of light 👏 Look on the pinned posts (right of page) and read FAQ Post c25k Completed... what next? Sorry can't link it at the moment. As for Parkrun do it but register first and get your bar code, take ir with you and then you can just turn up And join in 😀.
Very best wishes for your running new life, it's going to be good.
I’m really looking forward to the next stage. I feel there won’t be so much pressure now. But so enjoy everyone’s post . Thanks for info on Park Run also.
Congratulations on completing the program and Graduating Lou👏👏👏👏
Well done, there is a guide about what to do next on this link including doing Parkrun. (You need to have printed off a barcode to take along to the one you decide on, in order to get an official finish time)....
