Just completed three weeks of running 35 mins. A few micro adjustments to avoid injury - gait analysis, new shoes and now the runs just feel simple , pain free.

I will stay with 35 mins for a few more weeks. I feel my body strengthening and will increase the time when I feel ready. Happy running everyone

It felt great when running moved from ‘manageable’ to ‘comfortable’. Enjoy the moment 😊
