My music is louder than Jo Whiley

Hi there, does anyone know how to make the music stop when Jo speaks or at least reduce the volume when she speaks? My mobile is a Huawei and my music is on Spotify. Thanks.

I forget about Spotify's controls as it's a long time since I used it, but there may be one for "make all tracks sound the same loudness", which might help.

Best method is to start your music first and then open your C25K app. I found the other way around occasionally meant the music didn’t dip in volume.
