Well, I'm pleased with myself. I did W6R2 this morning in the sunshine and it felt good. To be honest, it didn't feel quite as hard as W6R1 and according to my fitness app, I ran/walked at a slightly faster pace and burned more calories. Woohoo. That was the last of the interval runs now so it's getting serious. My next run is 25 mins non-stop but I know I can do it.
Good luck to all on your next run x

Thanks, chillednut! It does feel great, especially as so far, I've not needed to repeat any runs and for someone of my weight and fitness level, that's quite an achievement!
