Mobilisation required...

Wk3R1 done this morning, very cuffed, however need to get into mobilisation exercises before run and gentle stretching afterwards. Felt like my calfs and ankles were dead weights today, made it unnecessarily hard, just wouldn't loosen all way round my route a tight tense feeling that just stayed with me.

Had a moment to smile when a runner went by in the other direction and we waved a hello :)

Well done, the mobilisation exercises sound a good idea. I also passed a couple out running recently, obviously coming towards me as I couldn't actually pass a runner, and exchanged a hello. Felt like I'd joined the club.
