Well folks, I need your help. I pledge to lose 1 stone by the end of March, without resorting to having my jaws wired. My problem is I have no "off switch". I think I've been using my running as an excuse to eat what I want but I need to get my head around the fact that a healthy diet and exercise will compliment each other - I know all this so time to get my a**e in gear! I've downloaded the nhs 12 week diet plan and Monday is d-day. Now that I've publicly announced it, it has to happen - you are my witness. Oh and i want to be running at least 6k by then too! (And win the lottery but one step at a time please.......) 😨🍏

Find your off switch! You can do these things but you have to want to. Change is never easy but if you put the work in you can achieve stuff you never thought possible. You don't have to make huge changes. Make some healthy swaps 🙂

Nope... that's a real push which means hitting the target every time (6kgs - I don't do stones, I'm 54 and was educated in metric and they sound so... heavy) and is likely to involve the kind of concentrated effort which might just see it all back on again by June which would be sad.
In case that feels unsupportive, I'll be more than happy to settle for and cheer a kilo a month!
