Morning all, I went to a keep fit session on a trampoline on Thursday and felt a popping sensation in the back of my leg above my knee. I went to get to up Friday morning to do W6R3 and couldn't walk let alone run. Today my leg feels stiff but way better than yesterday. How long should I wait before getting out again and should I go back a few weeks? I don't want to cause any more problems.

Thanks all xx

I would go to the docs 1st or book in with a sports physiotherapy and let them guide you.

Please do go and get this checked out.. a sports physio is your best bet.

Anything with a popping sensation need to be sorted? It could be a slight meniscus tear or cartilage damage...

but, we are not medical experts and it will be much better to be safe rather than sorry and get expert opinion on this.....:)

As the guide to the plan states, if you have a break from running then you have to go and see what you can manage. We all gain and lose fitness at different rates, although you are unlikely to notice any significant loss in the first couple of weeks.

Don't run until you are free moving and clear of discomfort and if it persists consult your GP.

It's not c25k that's caused the problem, why go back? see how it goes and carry on, Slowly, if it settles down, if in doubt then see your GP or a sports physio..
