Hello, so I've made it to W6 R3! Getting reading for the big runs 😬 my question is, I've never used fitness apps and would like help/advice on which ones to use to track my distance. Any advice gratefully received, thank you

Welcome to the forum and well done on your progress.

Runkeeper, Strava, Mapmyrun etc will all track your run and give you loads of stats to drool over. They all have strengths and weaknesses. I use Runkeeper because you can programme in your own intervals.

That said, you don't need to worry about distance during c25k, it is purely duration based.

and includes advice on minimising impact, stretching after every run, hydration and strengthening exercises, all of which will help.
