Ooh, hope your lots better now, those migraines are just so horrid. Just keep going where you left off. Maybe do a good warm up first with some power walling and then just slowly jog to your own pace. Good luck.
Just had a seven day break after first ParkRun due to lacking equipment to run safely in the dark (and other spurious excuses). Forced myself out today (ok-after reading this thread). Completed second ParkRun (better than the first). You'll be great.
