Well off I go again! So much easier this week. The new trainers helped.I decided to run round Chelmsford Park and took my little Frenchie with me. She wasn’t too impressed she’s kept looking at me longingly, please let’s go home!

I’ll take some pictures next time when I’m not so out of breath!

Onwards and upwards and I’m looking forward to day 2
