Completed this yesterday, really wasn’t in the mood but set off early and I’m so glad I did. Not only did I find it ok but I felt so good afterwards I continued walking for another mile! Really felt the buzz when I got home, like I’m actually achieving something! Early days for me but so far so good 🤞🏼

Well done you! 😀 Yeh, it’s all about just getting out the door when you feel like that isn’t it. Can’t believe how quickly you start to get that buzz with this programme either! Think I’m actually addicted already. Sometimes I walk home with the biggest grin on my face and people possibly think I’m a total nutter, but who cares! 😂👍🏃‍♀️

I know it’s great! Which week are you on?

I’m just about to start week 4. Can’t believe it, as I’ve never ran before or even wanted to! 😀 I did need extra rest days in between runs last week but still loved it! That’s the great thing about this programme, you just do it at your own pace. I’m aiming for 30 mins running, rather than 5K for now. I want to be in it for the long haul. Enjoy your week and keep us posted! 👍
