I can’t believe I’ve actually done it. Next step is to build myself up to 5k and doing some park runs. Any tips to get me to 5k will be gratefully received. Edit: I should have said I’ve completed Couch to 5k, but at the moment am only running just under 4K.

Amazing feeling
The simplest thing is to add an extra minute to every run, which means by the end of the week you're doing an extra three minutes. However, it's probably best to stay at 30 minutes for a couple of weeks before extending, just to get your body used to running for half an hour.
Incidentally, congratulations! 🏆

Well done
To get to 5k, look to Weeks 7, 8 and 9 for inspiration. So that gradual increase in time (25 mins, 28, 30) each week. Keep doing that and you'll get to 5k with no problem at all.
Well done! I would just keep getting out there, your speed should naturally increase as you become more used to running
I take it you have completed C25K..........or maybe you have just run 100m in under ten seconds.......we can but guess.
Assuming you completed C25K, many congratulations on your graduation, fellow runner.

Keep running, keep smiling.
Congratulations, well done 👏👏👏🏅Advice would be to just keep running a few 30 min consolidation runs, as you become stronger your pace will naturally increase 👍
Good luck ☺️
