Have been putting off the 25 minute run and have been tempted to give up... decided to give it go but at a very slow pace and completed without feeling exhausted and no knee pain. Feels like cheating but reading posts on here it’s the way forward.

Yes doesn’t feel quite right slowing down but reading the posts and information it seems I need to change my thinking ... slow is ok
