Finally got to run today following a virus π· ( not run for 10 days) was a little worried I would have to go back a few weeks but decided to continue with wk7r2 and I did it !!!!πxx yes I was slower but does this matter?? Maybe this pace ( snail) is ok?? I wasnβt out of breath, my breathing was better ( not panting he, he) and I donβt ache!!
Is it ok to be slow at this stage or should I be working on time?? I did enjoy the run today πββοΈπββοΈπββοΈπββοΈ ππ
