Finally got to run today following a virus 😷 ( not run for 10 days) was a little worried I would have to go back a few weeks but decided to continue with wk7r2 and I did it !!!!πŸ˜€xx yes I was slower but does this matter?? Maybe this pace ( snail) is ok?? I wasn’t out of breath, my breathing was better ( not panting he, he) and I don’t ache!!

Is it ok to be slow at this stage or should I be working on time?? I did enjoy the run today πŸƒβ€β™€οΈπŸƒβ€β™€οΈπŸƒβ€β™€οΈπŸƒβ€β™€οΈ πŸ˜ƒπŸ˜ƒ

No, it is all about sustaining the run... you don't ever have to work on your pace if you don't want to!

Thank you 😊 I would like to be a little faster but find I burn out and start puffing and panting ( not a great look πŸ‘€)

Really enjoyed today and very pleased I managed to keep to my target 😊

I thought it was about stamina not pace so feeling better x thanks again x

If you read the guide to the plan healthunlocked.com/couchto5... you will see that you should be running at a pace at which you can carry on a conversation, so sounds like you have got there at last.

Well done.

Snail pace is fine. Lots of people say that they gradually get a bit faster without thinking about it as they continue running. πŸ˜„
