Now that is what I call fast, I am sure it won't be long before she runs a sub 15 minutes 5K, however, that would probably be on a 400 metre running track rather than a parkrun, she is way up there with all those elite runners.

If she was at the parkrun I go to she would probably lap me twice, I am quite used to see men who are in the 25/45 age group lapping me but if I saw a 12 year old girl doing that, 🤣🤣🤣sensational. 😊 🏃🏾

I once saw a 12 year old girl complete a 1k junior event in 3.30, that's a pretty good time for a 1K, if she could keep that up for 5 kilometers her time would be pretty similar to that Belfast girls time.
