10 weeks ago (1 week off for dog induced injury), I struggled with the 1 minute intervals and now I can run for 30 minutes. I enjoy my runs so much thanks to the C25K app & Jo Whiley. Now to keep up the 3 runs a week and get to 5K, I am nearly there 2.7 miles most times.
