Hey guys I know week 9 has taken me a lot longer than it should have if you saw my post from last week, I had a few low days and getting out of bed was the achievement then not getting out of the house. But I carried on and I finally managed run 3 today. I've been enjoying it recently but honestly today's run was slightly awful, my back started hurting early on, don't know why may have been way I was sitting earlier who knows and whilst doing it I had slight wardrobe mishaps which were hard to put right whilst on the run. So I did it but my pace was as slow as sort of week 7 or earlier which was disheartening. I'm hoping pace will get better as I carry on, if you've graduated maybe you could give some advice on what you did next I might head on over to the bridge to 10k but honestly at the mo I only manage just under 3k in my 30 mins so need to speed it up really.
Finally a huge thank you to all of you on here who have liked or replied to anything I've posted I definitely wouldn't have got past week 3 let alone week 5 without you all and the advice!

Well done. Enjoy the feeling.Don't worry about your distance. I completed my first Consolidation Run today following a 4 day break from running. I just managed the 2 mile (3.22km) mark at 30.14 mins which knocked 41 secs off of my W9 runs and I'm chuffed at that.
