I, like many others who have been here before me, am amazed to have got this far. I am beyond proud of myself !! Even though I trusted the app and listened to Sarah I didn’t quite believe I’d do it. This forum has spurred me on and guided me through the tough runs. As other runners are passing me at pace I’m still plodding on and come Friday will have achieved C25K. To anyone reading this just keep going !!
