25 mins non stop running and I didn’t feel like my lungs were going to explode!
I don’t know how many attempts I’ve made at couch to 5k and never got past week 2 but this time something’s different. I’m finding myself enjoying it and impatient for my next run.
I love seeing the progress and though I’m slow I have confidence that the program will get me where I want to be.
If anyone’s just starting out and thinking they can’t ever see themself getting to this point just be assured that if I can so can you 🏃🏽♀️
