Any post partum mums trying to get back into running while balancing a newborn and sleep deprivation? Would love to hear your experiences!

Congratulations on your new baby! Also, fair play to you for thinking about getting back into exercise. I don't have an answer for you but you prob need to get the all clear from your doctor to start running again. Sleep deprivation is a shock and I did almost zero in terms of fitness after my first baby (I really don't recommend doing nothing!! I had PND😬) I'd be interested to hear how you get on. P.S. My neighbour started the couch to 5k taking her baby with her in the buggy. I'm not sure how old the baby was though!
