Completed 🛋 to 5k Again

Completed the programme again 1year and 6 days after graduating the 1st time. The stats show the 5k was 2.5 mins faster this time. My mile time was 8m35s this year compared to 10m 17s last year.

My son who did it with me this year hated it at first but took the sense of pride and achievement when he finished.

I have 1 wish and that is I wish the chats were better on the runs as run 1 week 9 and run 3 week 9 are the same on Jo Whiley and I think there should be a different message once the final run was finished.

I also discovered a new music genre to run to - Ska reggae - very upbeat. I defy anyone not to smile when listening to it.
