I started on jan 2nd and Iβve had a couple of unsuccessful runs and repeated a few, but got there in the end.
I managed 4.4km today. Once Iβve done a few weeks of consolidation runs, then Iβll try and up it to 5km. Hopefully in time for park run when it restarts in June π€

I've just done week 8 run 1. Wondering what to do next and was thinking of having the aim of parkrun. At the moment I'm covering the 5k including my walks beginning and end in about 42 mins. I don't think I could just run 5k quite yet.
I was thinking of doing a parkrun just using the week 9 app settings with Sarah Millican at my side and getting a time. I can only improve from there! Looking at our local parkrun results I wouldn't come last with that sort of time anyway.
