Well that was tough! First time I’ve really felt it and wanted to stop. I didn’t but feel wrecked this evening. Anyone else had anything similar? Feeling nervous about my next run 😬

Not long to go now , just keep them slow and tick them off .Remember, there is no rush !

I will always remember week 8 run1 as it put me on the injury couch for 18 days ! 😐

My own fault for sprinting the last 30 seconds !

These things happen Wormykim there is nothing to be nervous about. The main thing is that you completed the run now enjoy a rest day or two, keep hydrated and you will be ready for the next run. Enjoy

I had a similar problem but in Week 7 (only 5 weeks ago). Felt like I was practically on my knees by the end. The next run was better. As others have said just take it slow, you will make it!

My wk8R1 was exactly the same, I felt tired and out of sorts. I’ve put it down to the freezing weather we are having in the UK at the moment - my muscles felt cold and cold air made my breathing faster. R2 today so I’m hoping it’s gonna be better. We got this!
