Not a good start.....

my boy gave me a snotty nose. Got 15 mins in..... that was all. Will try again tomo or Thursday.

Looks like I’ll graduate next week instead

I get it !I was on the injury couch for 18 days after week 8 run 1

But !

Look at the bigger picture , there really is no rush 🙂👍

You want to finish the programme on a high... running with a cold will not help. It’s ok, graduation will come when you are ready.

And we will all still be there to cheer you on! 🤩

Maybe a few days off will help you get over your cold and also give your body time to recover from 8 weeks of running. The weather might improve by then too!

HiHope you get over cold quickly. At least you took exercise for 15 mins!

I always have to take tissues with me if it is not my nose streaming it’s my eyes!
