Just completed W6R2 With no trouble Last night but today on my rest day there’s an odd sensation at the top of my left leg.
It’s hard to explain but it’s just a tightness up towards where my leg meets my hip (hip flexors??) but it also feels a little nerve sensitive when I’m sitting down sometimes.
It isn’t a pain as such but when I take my first steps it sort of feels like I need to lift that leg a smidge higher for the first few steps (I obviously don’t have to physically, but by doing so it somewhat ease the sensation)
I’m not sure I’ve explained it in any clear way but has anyone else experienced anything like this before?

I don't know what your issue is, but stretching after every run can make a huge difference in avoiding such things.
Stretching immediately after every run, nhs.uk/live-well/exercise/h... while muscles are still warm and supple, pulls out contractions, avoiding carrying tensions into the next run and also improves recovery by improving blood flow, as recommended in the guide to the plan.
Many people do not hold their stretches for long enough or put enough effort in. Hold post run stretches for 30 seconds and make sure the pull is strong enough to be on the verge of discomfort.
It might be something similar to what I have. I think it's something to do with the hip flexor. It sounds like yours isn't too bad at the moment? I found that stretching after a run to help a bit, and I took extra rest days between runs too... but I kept pushing on to graduation. Maybe if yours isn't too bad you could see how it goes after your next run or two? I would say that it might be better to pause to let it recover rather than let it get worse though. I have been out for a run today after not running for 8 days and I haven't lost any fitness so don't worry about backtracking if you need to do so.
